EUS Quality specialist

For our client we are looking for a Quality Specialist 

Job description: 

EUS Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that processes and procedures are followed. EUS Quality Specialist is responsible for the configuration of the Managed Client and Managed Device to ensure correct installation of agreed hardware and applications. EUS Quality Specialist provides guidelines for the operational collaboration with clients customer.

  • Responsible for maintaining the documentation of client- and device platform. 
  • Responsible for patching of core applications. (latest tested and approved version/patch) 
  • Responsible for changes in the service (evaluate needs and propose changes to further improve delivery to clients customer). 
  • Implementation of agreed changes in the service. 
  • Responsible for changes in configuration of both Clients (laptops) and Devices (mobile phones) by ensuring that changes made in both local and global CAB are implemented and followed up. 
  • Responsible for compliance, e.g. 
  • Clients customer Information Security Policy (ISP). 
  • Check SPARK for new updates and guidelines. 
  • Update CMDB. 
  • Monthly quality check of the Global IT delivery. 
  • Verification of that the patches have beed correctly installed on the clients (installed by Global IT) 
  • Verification of core appliations 
  • Verification that security stack is updated and installed. 
  • Overall Quality Assurance responsibility for configuration and installation of both Client and Device (ensure agreed Configuration Checklist is followed). 
  • Responsible for understanding and proactively developing of processes linked to the EUS services. 

Preferred skills: 

  • ITIL skills. 
  • Process management skills. Experiensed in leading process development. 
  • Configuration management experience. 
  • Release management experience. 
  • Office program skills. 
  • Project management skills. 
  • Good communication skills in English and Swedish, verbal and written. 
  • “Order and remedy”.
