Support Specialist

For our client we are looking for a support specialist / Commercial Order Support resource. 

Job description: 

Support Specialist / Commercial Order Support resource. This person is to become a team member of a newly formed group called User Centric Support. Our responsibility is to act as a level 2 function for many end user services, but we also have responsibility for handling all kind of order support issues. Main part as a level 2 support after the customer has been at Customer Support but for some of our cases we are also support level 1 for Commercial operations towards our Access Management group. 

Our Support Specialists / Commercial Order Support Specialists are most of the time engaged in making orders in our customer’s internal systems, some third-party supplier portals, troubleshooting to solve incidents and other administrative duties that supports our End-Users. Our end users contact us through email, phone and Skype. We also work in our ticket handling systems with cases escalated from level 1. 

The Level 1 and 2 Order Support Specialist is responsible for: 

  • Provide L1 order support to some of our End-Users for the commercial operations otherwise L2 for all end users: 
  • Answer general questions about orders and equipment. 
  • Place different orders in a third parties supplier portal or in our customers internal portal 
  • Work with the replacement of computer flow and all incorrect information of end-users 
  • Handle incidents and invoicing questions 
  • Handle administrative work as the group is responsible for 
  • Improve end-user interaction and experience. 
  • Increase end-user satisfaction. 

A broad IT competence combined with good communication skills are success factors in this role. Fluent speaking and writing in at least Swedish- and English languages are required.
